Blacked out the badges on my Ford Focus… anyone else try this?

I used my Cricut to make a black sticker overlay that covers the outside of the Ford logo, then added a gray layer over the logo itself. It’s just a DIY sticker setup, but I’m happy with how it turned out! It’s raining, so there’s water on it in the photo, but I think it gives it a nice look.

Tweaked it nice!

Huh? Not sure what you mean.

You know, they sell blacked-out badges as aftermarket parts, so you wouldn’t even need a sticker.

Yeah, that’d be nice, but I already had the materials for this, so it was free! It’s been on for about three and a half months now, no peeling or issues so far.

Looks great! It’s all about personalizing your ride.

Thanks, appreciate it!

Where’d you get the sticker?

I made it myself with a Cricut machine at home.

Looks cool but I’d just buy the real thing.

Bro, what? I wanted to try something DIY and it works for me.

Why black it out though? The classic blue is iconic!

Honestly, if my car was a different color, I’d probably keep the blue, but it just didn’t go with my setup.

Fair enough, I’d keep it blue, but hey, it’s your car! Go for whatever makes you happy.
