Yeah, that was dumb. It hasn’t happened in a few weeks, so I wasn’t thinking about it. I only planned to be inside for a minute.

It’s most likely the fan. Just watch and see if it turns on.

The fan works most of the time, but when it overheats, the fan isn’t running.

Try replacing the fan relay first. If the fan doesn’t come on, try tapping the relay to see if it clicks on. That could confirm the issue.
