If you get a good pre-purchase inspection and it shows less than $1k worth of issues, then yes.

The problems with the Ford Focus can be a real headache, depending on the model. Do your research on the specific car you’re looking at and make sure to get an inspection before buying. I have a 2014 Focus SE with only 46k miles (45k when I bought it), and it’s been in the shop three times in the past month. First, it was the clutch actuators, then the TCM, and now it’s been replaced twice. The car has been nothing but a hassle.

I just got my first car a 2007 Focus with 50k miles for $4,000. It also comes with coilovers, a Pioneer powered sub, a modified intake and exhaust, and it passed inspection. It also has a body kit. Not kidding.
