My radio went out

I have a 2014 Focus, and the radio just stopped working. I checked the fuses, and they’re all fine. I looked up how to fix it on YouTube, and besides fuses, it said I might need to replace the radio box. My friend used a scanner and found that the battery has low voltage. Should I just replace the battery and see if the radio works, or should I replace the radio box too? Or do both?

Also, should I get a radio box from a junkyard or buy one online? It looks pretty easy to replace.

The radio stopping is a really common problem. Right now, I don’t have a radio either . I’ve heard that aftermarket radios are much better, so I’ve been looking into that.

Yeah, I did read how it’s a constant problem for these cars. I need my music tho lol it’s my decompression time when in car and listening, so I’m going slightly crazy haha

I’m on my 3rd. Junkyard gang for the win. I got them $15 a piece, so no big deal.

Mine stopped working years ago, and I realized I didn’t miss it. Now I can hear the rear wheel bearing making noise and wonder when I’ll have to fix it. Hopefully, it’s just a tire that’s wearing out instead.
