This is a rodent scoop. It’s used to scoop up rodents.
It can also be used as a vegetable slicer and dicer for recipes in a dirt field.

Yes, I replaced mine. I think it’s called a fog light cover. I just ordered mine online, and it was pretty easy to install. It just snaps in place.

On my Fusion, I replaced this with a fog light bezel. It’s not functional because it’s not wired, but it didn’t cost much more and looks nicer to me.
