My 2013 is still going strong! No major issues, and I just keep on driving it. Anyone else having good luck with their 2013s?
Isn’t it funny? People who love manuals always go quiet when someone posts about an automatic doing well!

Right?! How dare we even suggest it! Mine’s at 222,720 miles, and still running like a champ.
@Reagan
That’s wild! So rare to see!

To be honest, I usually ignore all the ‘my auto’s dying, what now?’ posts, but had to see this one!

I had an automatic once. Never again. Anyone with a good experience is lucky, those transmissions have a super high failure rate.
@Ellis
Haha, sounds like it!

Impressive that yours is still going! I lost mine in an accident but got another manual since. Just prefer it that way.

Cool that yours is reliable, but let’s be real… those automatic transmissions have known issues.
@Westley
Yup, not everyone’s so lucky!

Just hit 297k on my 2015! Clutches replaced four times, twice under warranty… still dealing with shuddering, might need a flywheel change.
@Rex
Dang, that’s a saga right there.

But hey, it’s still running, so I guess I got lucky in a way?

My 2013 automatic just hit 175,000 miles, still hanging in there!
Pretty sure that check engine light says otherwise, though!

Could be the catalytic converter?
@Ty
Mine came back after two weeks. Might need a replacement

If it’s the P0420 code, you might be okay during warmer weather. Cold can make it worse.

So should I avoid driving much in the cold?
@Huxley
Not necessarily. The colder temps can make the code pop up more, but if it’s intermittent, you might be able to keep resetting it for a while.
