Ford Focus 2019 ST Line SW

I’m looking at getting a new (used) car and I really like this one. There are a lot of trim options, and as a Ford owner, I know the Titanium is the top one, but the ST Line looks amazing, especially the station wagon version I want.

Does anyone know anything about this car? What should I watch out for? Any common issues or engine problems I should know about?

2020 1.0L Eco-Boost ST here, 70k KM and not an issue with it so far.

Everyone says the small EcoBoost engine is really fun and has a lot of torque.

And it makes sense because Ford made improvements to it in 2020.

1.0 ecoboost >2019, dry belt, is perfectly fine.

Don’t get the 1.0 EcoBoost engine; the other options should be fine.

That’s what my mechanic says too. A diesel might be a better choice. I saw one for sale with low mileage and almost new, but the automatic transmission isn’t working. The seller says it slips out of gears.

How about the 1.5 EcoBoost? I have a 1.0 EcoBoost myself, and with regular service, it’s got 140,000 km on it without any issues. Not all of them are bad.
