I was cleaning throttle body intake and i did however engine maintenance when i drove a bit… 2014 ford focus se 157600 mi why did engine light come on? Did i mess up???

If you don’t have a code reader, go to a local chain parts store and ask them to read the codes, it’s usually free. Then you will know where to look.

Why did the engine maintenance light come on? Did it cause a problem? It was running fine before.

well, that depends, did you spray the MAF sensor? If you did, did you use proper cleaner?? If you used TB cleaner on it you may have damaged it.
