When I unscrew it, it looks like a large air valve like on a tire or something.

That’s definitely the high pressure point for the AC. The low pressure would be back near the firewall and where the turbo should have gone

High side a/c pressure port. Usually we do connect pressure gauge hoses to this(and the low side port) for diagnose and service the air conditioning system.

Don’t touch that. It’s oil for the dual byfriculator. 1000 bucks an ounce. It’s the brand new r134.

I had to swap a whole new turbo encabulator the last time I touched it so yeah best not to
wish hd seen this much earlier

High pressure AC port. keeps your hands off it unless it’s broken.
